1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Test Two website. By submitting a buyback quote, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t submit a quote.

2. Quotes & quote validity

  • Quotes are based on the device condition you describe. They’re valid for 48 hours from the time we issue them.
  • If your device matches what you described, the quoted price is what you’ll be paid — no haggling, no surprise downgrades.
  • If the device is in materially worse condition than declared, we’ll send you a revised offer; you can accept it or have the device returned at our cost.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live).
  • The device you’re selling must be yours, free of liens, and not reported lost or stolen.
  • We run a stolen-IMEI check on every device. Devices flagged as lost or stolen will not be paid out and may be reported to the appropriate authority.

4. Shipping & receiving

  • If you choose to ship, we provide a free prepaid label. Use it within 7 days of accepting the quote.
  • Risk of loss in transit is yours until we receive the package and confirm contents.
  • We recommend backing up your device and removing personal accounts (Find My iPhone, Google account, etc.) before shipping.

5. Payment

  • We pay you out via the method you selected at checkout (PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, ACH, mailed check, etc.).
  • Payment is issued the same business day we confirm the device’s condition.
  • You’re responsible for providing accurate payout details. Failed transfers due to wrong details are reissued once you correct them.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Submit quotes for devices that aren’t yours, or that are stolen / fraudulently obtained.
  • Use false identity, contact, or payout information.
  • Attempt to extract pricing data, automate quote submissions, or scrape the catalog.

7. Privacy

We collect and process your information as described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting a quote you consent to that processing.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The website is provided “as is.” We make no guarantee that quoted prices match third-party market rates on any given day, or that the quoted price will remain available beyond the 48-hour window.

Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the offered price for the device(s) on the order in question, or US$100, whichever is greater.

9. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
