Yes. Once you accept a quote, we generate a prepaid carrier label (USPS or UPS, depending on your ZIP). Print it, tape it to a padded envelope or small box, and drop it at any carrier location. One label covers your whole order — even multiple devices.

You pick your payout method at checkout: PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, ACH bank deposit, or mailed paper check are common options. Payment is issued the same business day we confirm the device’s condition.

We’ll send you a revised offer with the corrected price. You can accept it, or decline and we’ll send the device back at our cost — no penalty, no hassle.

Yes — please back up anything you want to keep, then sign out of accounts (iCloud / Find My iPhone, Google account, Samsung account, etc.) and factory-reset the device. We can’t process devices still locked to a previous owner.

We run a stolen-IMEI check on every device. If your IMEI is clean, you’ll never hear about it. If it’s flagged, we won’t pay out and may report it per applicable law. Your IMEI is encrypted at rest and auto-purged 12 months after your quote — see our Privacy Policy.

We accept devices shipped from anywhere in the country — the prepaid label covers it. Local sellers in Jacksonville, FL can also drop off or arrange a pickup, depending on what we’ve enabled.
