What's the minimum order size?
10 devices for a Fleet quote. Below 10 we recommend our consumer Buyback flow — same prices, no PDF or pickup. Most Fleet customers submit 50–500 devices per quote.
How long does the quote take?
Median turnaround is 24 hours from CSV submission to PDF delivery. SLA is 48 hours. Same-day quotes available on Premium tier and above. Quotes are valid for 7 days from issue.
How do you handle data destruction?
NAID AAA-certified, DoD 5220.22-M 3-pass overwrite for standard devices. Physical destruction (shredding) available on request. Per-device certificates issued automatically — IMEI, serial, witness signature, completion timestamp. HIPAA BAA executable for healthcare PHI.
What about devices that fail inspection?
Devices that arrive in worse condition than declared trigger a revised line-item adjustment in the portal — your AM emails the proposed change with photos. You can accept, dispute, or have the device returned free of charge. We never auto-deduct.
What payment terms do you offer?
Net-15 ACH is standard. Net-30 available on Premium tier and above. Wire transfer, paper check, or in-person cash also available on request. We do not accept credit cards or PayPal for Fleet transactions.
Do you handle pickup logistics?
Yes — free on-site pickup in all 50 US states and Canada for orders of 100+ devices. Sealed totes, GPS-tracked custody chain, insured ground transport. We coordinate scheduling around your IT lead's availability.
Can we get a copy of your SOC 2 report?
Yes, under MNDA. Email [email protected] or request through your account manager. Most customers receive it as part of their first PDF quote bundle. We also publish a public Trust Center summary at trust.werorg.com.
Do you support international fleets?
Yes — North America (US, Canada, Mexico) on Premium and Enterprise. UK, EU, AU, and ZA on Enterprise tier with regional data-residency. Each region operates under its own GDPR/data-residency framework documented in your DPA.
